Trinidadian native Raymond Lowe is a creative blend of music, clothing design and culinary arts.
Having previously managed a successful Caribbean catering business based in Brooklyn, New York, Chef Lowe currently resides in Gulf Shores, Alabama USA.

Ray has also created a Caribbean-style backyard cooker, made from one half of a steel drum. The cooker accommodates a 24” diameter pot for cooking in quantity or can be converted into an outdoor grill.
